Irena Szafrańska-Kwiecień - About me

I have been painting since December 2001, at insistence of my son and a lady, who runs his art workshops. At that time I was 'a woman in her early forties'.

I presented my first works in the Internet in years 2002-2005. Those were very simple pictures. Today I paint on canvas with oil, acrylic and watercolour, as well as with pastel. Apart from that, I paint pottery too.

I recommend all those who do have faith in their abilities at any type of arts not to give in and just try on, because this is worth trying.

I value my works a lot despite the fact this is amateurishness, and I am happy to be able to paint.
